Q: Do you sell brand-name eyewear?
A: We carry two lines, one is the brand name eyewear line which includes Ray-ban, Burberry, Tory Burch etc, and the second line is our own brand manufactured with you in mind. Our glasses are designed by our own designers to look very similar to the top brands such as Gucci, Dolce and Gabanna, Polo, Versace, Ray-Ban and others, so in essence they appear to be designer eyewear  just without the label.

Q: Are you an authorized Ray-ban dealer?
A: Yes, we are authorized by the Luxottica company (manufacture of Ray-ban, Burberry, Tory Burch, Versace, Michael Kors, Prada etc.) to sell Ray-ban. When you buy a pair of Ray-ban at www.styllize.com you can rest assured that you will be getting an authentic pair of eyewear from a legitimate source.

Q: Specs and Stylle frames: If the prices are so low, then is the quality low as well?
A: Absolutely not! When paying for a brand-name item, most of the hefty price tag is for that label and name. With Styllize eyewear, every dollar that you pay is for the quality of the glasses. That’s called getting your money’s worth!

Q: What if my frames need adjusting after I get them?
A: Most optical stores will charge a nominal free or not charge at all to do minor adjustments. If you can’t find an optical store or need further assistance, feel free to send us an email at support@styllize.com or call us at (800) 914-1786

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: When you entrust us with your personal information such as your email address and credit card information, you can rest assured knowing that we respect your privacy and will not release any information to another individual or company. We will use the information to complete your transaction and process your order properly.
If for some reason you wish to remove your information from Styllize.com, please contact us and we will take care of that immediately.

Q: What are gradient lenses?
A: Gradient lenses are lenses that are tinted in different grades. The top of the lens is the darkest for shielding from strong overhead sunlight. The lower parts of the lens are lighter which makes for easy viewing of a dashboard.

Q: What are double-gradient lenses?
A: Double-gradient lenses are darkly tinted on the top and bottom of the lens for protection from overhead sunlight and from the glare of reflected sunlight from water and sand. The center of the lens is lightly tinted for a clear view.
